Family-owned restaurant, consistent quality, clean and pleasant atmosphere and Women's restroom, delicious food. I vote with my money and this establishment is well-worth my support.

I've been here twice now and the pho always hits! The broth is so flavorful, the sides are fresh, and they give you a big portion. My partner gets the chicken chow mein and has given it a rave review. The service is kind and efficient, and the restaurant is always clean and quiet. Please give Saigon Cafe a try!

Saigon Cafe serves the best pho in Eugene. Hands down. Consistently flavorful, fresh and delicious.

Saigon Cafe is my go to for fresh and fast food to go or find in. I love their veggie pho with tofu and tofu salad rolls. Their staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient.

The spicy beef noodle soup was excellent! I swear it came in less than 10 minutes. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

Driving through Eugene on the way to Portland. Didn't feel like eating fast food for dinner and found this well rated Vietnamese restaurant on Yelp. It's a simple little restaurant without much decoration, but it's clean and spacious. There were just ten tables and only one waitress, and she was pleasant and efficient. Ordered their Saigon house special pho and bun with grilled pork and grilled shrimps. Food was good and fresh, sure beat fast food off the freeway. Wouldn't mind coming back next time we are in the area.

My husband, son, and I stopped in because we wanted a hot bowl of pho, and this restaurant had good ratings. They are in a shopping center. There is traditional Vietnamese decor. Our waitress was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Our son is around a year old, and he would eat anything if you put peanut butter on it. Our waitress brought out over rice and peanut sauce for our son without any additional cost. The owner was there cooking, and he even came out and interacted with our son. They really made us feel like family. We began with the coconut shrimp, which were crispy and paired perfectly with the chili sauce. Next, we had the pork and shrimp garden rolls. They were fresh and full of delicious, crisp vegetables and a yummy peanut sauce. My husband and I split the Saigon house special pho. It was hot, flavorful, and the fresh bean sprouts and basil hit the spot. All of our food came out quickly, was accurate, and was all delicious. Rating from F to A+++, I give it an A+++. We would definitely eat here again.
